Iris Saunders Honoured with Aboriginal Name

The late Iris Saunders, former Executive Director of EmployAbilities, was honoured with an Aboriginal name at Poundmakers Lodge Pow Wow. She was honoured for her work supporting aboriginals with disabilities with the name “Queen White Eagle Woman”.

It was good to see so many people in attendance, Iris’s family, friends, Board Members, and staff members. This was a very inspiring and emotional event.
