Talking to a person with disabilities

Kay has a vision disability and has a guide dog. In her life, she realized that able-bodied people felt uncomfortable or nervous about talking to her. She found that people didn’t know what to say or how to say it.

“The good news is with the internet, people are more connected than ever, and it’s much easier to learn about the experiences of others. I hope this video helps to demystify disability and show the world that, at the end of the day, we’re all just people. Equally human.”
