Here are some fun photos from Career Evolution West in Hinton. During the Job Club program, we had a hypothetical role play session on a technical position at the Hinton Mill.

Shawn, Kelly, and Mandy role-played the Job candidates. Job Club attendees were the ‘Interviewers’. Afterward, a discussion round table gave attendees a different perspective on ‘what it’s like on the other side of the table. They observed, tardiness, clothing, and behaviour.

It was a fun afternoon with a lot of laughs.
