How committed is your organization to reducing mental health injuries or mental health issues in the workplace?

When we think about workplace injuries and accidents, mental health injuries is not the first to come to mind. Maybe we can answer the above question by citing our company’s policy and procedures manual – but how many organizations are committed to training staff and putting those policies into practice? When the workforce is fully engaged it can reduce mental health injuries, better respond and accommodate mental health issues and become a more productive and sustainable workforce.
