The pandemic has created a new set of challenges for people living with disabilities. The ‘new normal’ includes physical distancing, mask-wearing, and other public health guidelines. To help stay safe and healthy, and sometimes to follow these guidelines, people with disabilities need additional support.

The University of British Columbia teamed up with an Ontario-based disability resource organization called the Abilities Centre. Together they developed and launched a national survey related to COVID-19 and people living with disabilities.
