EmployAbilities provides employment training programs and services for Edmonton and area residents with disabilities. Currently we have five Edmonton-based programs available – take a look and see which one is right for you!

Learn 2 Earn designed for youth 15-30 with disabilities and barriers to employment, L2E provides 10 weeks of class-based paid skills training and 12 weeks of work experience.
Restart Your Career Our most comprehensive training for people with disabilities and barriers to re-enter the workforce, RYC provides 230 hours of computer instruction, 230 hours of invaluable job skills training, and a 140 hour practicum.
Strive 4 Work Offering training and employment supports for people with disabilities, mental health barriers, and medical conditions, SFW provides 10 weeks of in-person skills training and 12 weeks of work experience, with the potential for employment to follow.
EmployAbilities for Newcomers Pre-employment skills training for new Canadians with disabilities and permanent conditions. To be eligible newcomers must have arrived in Canada within the last 10 years, meet the residency requirements, and have a disability and/or permanent condition.
Inclusive Career Connections Guided one-on-one support from an employment coach to help you get a job and keep it.
