Ogbay has a diverse professional background, which includes driving professionally and serving as a mechanic’s assistant. Our journey with Ogbay began with his desire for career growth and more work-life balance with his young family. We worked with Ogbay on career counselling, market research, and interview skill development, all of which contributed to his current success. Beyond his career, Ogbay’s contributions to the community through the “Fresh Starts Newcomer Community Garden” have been admirable, and he’s been recognized with the Garden Hero Award.

The turning point for Ogbay came when he secured a full-time position at Kal-Tire, initially joining as a tire technician and later advancing to operate a service truck. The role not only provided a substantial pay increase but also a work-life balance for Ogbay and his family.
