FROM EMPLOYMENT TO EMPOWERMENT

CONNECTING YOUTH TO MEANINGFUL EMPLOYMENT

Starting your first job can be stressful, especially if you are a youth and have barriers to employment. It takes commitment, and it takes work, but you’re not alone!

The Learn 2 Earn program offered at EmployAbilities will help you through your training to be employed.

IF YOU ARE BETWEEN THE AGES 15 AND 30 YEARS OLD, WITH BARRIERS TO EMPLOYMENT, THIS PROGRAM COULD BE GREAT FOR YOU!

NEXT START DATE: JANUARY 10, 2021

ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS WILL RECEIVE:

  • LIVING ALLOWANCE - $15/hour x 6 hrs/day for 10 weeks
  • COMPLETION BONUS - $250.00 after 10-weeks of  training
  • COMPLETION BONUS - $500.00 after 12 weeks of paid employment

  • Janitorial Skills Training
  • Networking and employer meetings
  • Positive Workplace Mental Health
