When Jason first came to the Lakeland Employment Services Center, he was exhausted and on the verge of giving up due to ongoing employment struggles. We immediately began working together on resume development, communication skills, and interview preparation. As Jason moved through the process, we saw a remarkable transformation in his confidence and motivation.
With each step, he became more empowered to take control of his job search and future. After some effort, Jason secured employment at Walmart as a Stock Unloading Associate. He really enjoys his job at Walmart and has also rediscovered his self-worth and resilience along the way.
