EmployAbilities aims to consistently provide high-quality and effective services to our clients. Year over year, we look at how we can improve our programs and the experience for the people who participate in them. We take an annual Client Satisfaction Survey to gather feedback and gauge our performance.
This year, we surveyed 111 EmployAbilities’ clients to see how they felt about our staff, program delivery and content, and to discover if our services met their needs. The results were incredible, and an increase from last year.
We presented a statement and asked survey participants if they strongly disagree, disagree, agree, or strongly agree. Here are some results:

EmployAbilities Connects Ability to Employment
EmployAbilities offers a range of programs and services that help people with disabilities and barriers to employment find and keep work. We focus on job search and application skills, computer skills, and other qualifications employers are looking for. In addition, we build confidence, team-building skills and other soft skills that are critical to landing meaningful employment.

Working with Employers
EmployAbilities also works with employers interested in creating diverse and inclusive workplaces. We have employer programs that can help you fill your vacant positions with trained, qualified candidates who are ready, willing and eager to work. We also provide key services that help with that hire, including disability awareness training, advice on accommodations, job coaching for new hires and more.
