The ReelAbiltiies Film Festival in Toronto showcases filmmakers and actors with disabilities. It reflects deaf and disability cultures in films that promote inclusion while raising awareness. Kate Young, Parliamentary Secretary to the Honourable Carla Qualtrough, Minister of Public Services and Procurement and Accessibility was in attendance. This was all during National Accessibility Week this week.
