EmployAbilities provides employment resources for people with disabilities living in various northern-Alberta communities. Specifically, we serve residents of Bonnyville, Cold Lake, Grande Prairie, Lac La Biche, St. Paul, and Vegreville and area.
We offer various Employment resources for Alberta residents – programs and services for job seekers with disabilities, mental health challenges, and other barriers to employment. All of our services at Employabilities are provided at no cost to job seekers. They’re also free for employers who engage with us to find their next great employee!

Check out the following norther-Alberta based programs to see which one is right for you:
Lakeland Employment Services Access to comprehensive employment services in your community. LES serves unemployed and underemployed residents of Bonnyville, Cold Lake, Lac La Biche, St. Paul, and Vegreville. You do not need to have a disability to access this program.
Career Evolution North Serving residents of Bonnyville and Cold Lake, CEN provides employment resources to people with a disability in those Alberta communities. Preference will be given to clients on Employment Insurance or EI Reachback.
EmployAbilities Grande Prairie provides employment resources to people living with a disability in Grande Prairie and area, and helps connect employers to job seekers.
EmployAbilities North Serving residents of Bonnyville, Cold Lake, Lac La Biche, St. Paul, and Vegreville CEN provides employment resources to people with a disability in those Alberta communities.
