The federal government has recently proposed the Accessible Canada Act. That combined with the report on essential fixes for Revenue Canada regarding disability tax credits are creating a voice for people with disabilities. If both are successfully executed, they can remove or reduce the financial, social and physical barriers Canadians with disabilities face here in Canada.
