New Direction for a New Job Opportunity
After more than a decade of warehouse and equipment-handling experience, Daniel* found himself at a crossroads. Years of physically demanding work had led to degenerative disc disease, and managing depression and anxiety added to the challenge of starting over. With guidance from the S4W team, Daniel took time to reassess his strengths and career goals and updated his resume to highlight his strong track record in shipping and receiving, forklift operation, and team leadership.
Before the program even ended, Daniel accepted a position in Shipping and Receiving with STAC Manufacturing. With this renewed sense of direction, he’s stepping confidently into the next phase of his career!
