To help celebrate December 3rd as International Day for Persons with Disabilities, the clients of EmployAbilities Alberta Career and Employment and other Vegreville area persons with disabilities were honoured at the Vegreville Centennial Library with cake and beverages.
Visitors and supporters had the opportunity to view art work of various mediums from numerous artists with disabilities.
Last month, Town of Vegreville Mayor Myron Hayduk signed the official proclamation declaring December 3rd the International Day of Persons with Disabilities and commented then, on how persons with disabilities contribute to all communities and what value they can be to society.
