Learn 2 Earn is a job skills training program for participants age 15 to 30. This comprehensive program helps young people obtain and retain meaningful employment. It includes training on job searching, resumes, interviews, and 12 weeks of practical work experience. Graduates will also receive a range of helpful certifications.

EmployAbilities was able to offer this program, with public health measures in place. This includes social distancing when training, and wearing masks and face shields when distancing is not possible. Cleaning and disinfecting our facility and equipment, frequent hand washing, and sanitizing are also part of the regular routine!
