We are pleased to host the Strive 4 Work grand opening and graduation ceremony on Friday May 31st in St. Albert.
Strive 4 Work is a 34 week employment focused program consisting of 10 intakes, involving 8 weeks of classroom skills training and 10 weeks of work experience, with 10 participants in each intake. Intakes will overlap during the work experience component. It aims to:
- To assist individuals with disabilities in the St. Albert area to prepare for and obtain employment and develop the skills necessary to maintain employment.
- To assist employers with strategies, supports and resources to help them integrate potential employees with disabilities into their workplace.
